Last updated: September 2026. Futonrama is a small pilot-batch operation based in Riga, Latvia. This is a good-faith, plain-language account of the terms that apply when you order from us — not a substitute for professional legal advice, and we'll formalize it further as we scale past the pilot.
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT — there are no hidden fees at checkout. We're currently fulfilling our first pilot batch, so pricing reflects founder rates and may increase for future batches; the price you're charged is always the one shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
We currently ship only within Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, from our warehouse in Riga. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days of shipping, at no extra cost. Since we import in bulk and clear customs once at our Riga hub, there are no additional customs or import duties charged to you.
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer. If an order arrives damaged or doesn't match what's described on the product page, that's handled separately and at our cost: contact us within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or full refund, including return shipping. You can cancel or change an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us, before it ships — once it has shipped we're unable to make changes. Creating an account is optional — you can always check out as a guest. If you do create one, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We use your account only to show you your own order history and status.
We aim to describe our products and shipping timelines accurately, but as a pilot-stage operation, occasional delays or stock issues can happen — we'll always tell you if they affect your order. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
