Last updated: September 2026. Futonrama is a small pilot-batch operation based in Riga, Latvia. This is a good-faith, plain-language account of what we actually collect and why — not a substitute for professional legal advice, and we'll formalize it further as we scale past the pilot.
Name and email if you sign up for the newsletter or create an account; your email and password (or Google profile, if you sign in with Google) for accounts; shipping address, order items, and payment card brand/last 4 digits for orders — we never see or store your full card number, that's handled entirely by Stripe; your name, star rating, and review text if you leave a review. If you accept cookies via our banner, Google Analytics records anonymized visit data.
To process and ship your order, show you your own order history and tracking, send newsletter emails only if you opted in, display reviews you've chosen to publish, and understand traffic patterns so we can improve the site. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for anything beyond running the store.
Stripe processes payments and receives what's needed to charge your card. Google Cloud / Firebase hosts our site, authentication, and database. Google Analytics receives anonymized traffic data only if you accept cookies. None of these partners can use your data for their own marketing.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold on you at any time — email futonrama@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly, since we're small enough that every request reaches a real person. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by replying to any email we send.
Reach us any time via the contact page or futonrama@gmail.com.
